The "Now as then, tis simple truth..." translation of the LRRH moral appears in Dover's edition of Perrault's Fairy Tales, illustrated by Dore. On the back, it says "verse morals reprinted from Perrault's Fairy Tales (1912), translated by S.R. Littlewood." So I think it should be out of copyright, yes?

Thanks again, everyone!
I've added some tote bags and journals as well. More will be forthcoming but I'm going to work on finishing Marian Roalfe Cox for another few days again. There's plenty in the store for now and I'm going to wait to see what sells, if anything.
A few things already have sold and I thank you for supporting SurLaLune.
Please do share any more ideas or wish lists! I have a list already, but I'm looking for more, too.

It all looks really good, Heidi. And tote bags! I can get a couple, and bring them with me to work and to library conferences and infect other librarians (I've noticed we have a predilection for tote bags) with the desire for SurLaLune products!

Hi Heidi--when you do come back to this...would you consider doing a Snow White and Rose Red t-shirt or notebook? It was my mother's favorite tale when she was a little girl, and I'd love to get her something for Mother's Day or her birthday (both in May, so no rush!).

Thanks for ordering and letting me know the shirt turned out well, Veronica. I'm excited that they are turning out well. I spent a lot of time on them all.
Having a graphic designer for a husband helped me make sure the images were the highest quality, too. I didn't want inferior products representing the site. Some of the illustrations I used may have some "aging" effects on them, but for me that just added to the classic feel.
