uh... forgotten fairy tale? ideals?
I remember seeing this as part of a fairy tale cartoon series a while ago, and it's been nagging me.
There was this boy and girl who went out into the woods, they took this red flower, which belonged to a witch. The witch turned the girl into a bird and lock her up in a cage. The boy tried to reverse this spell, but...
I know I'm missing a lot of detail, but I think the boy lost his memory and was found by a miller family, he lived on, until he heard someone singing and then remembered and set out to find his girlfriend and this time he succeeded in destroying the witches' spell (using the red flower I think, not sure), which turn all the caged birds back into people.
Anyone know the name of this?
