Fairytale Anthologies--T.Windling and E.Datlow--Availability
I've been searching for some way to easily get my hands on the anthologies
of retold fairytales (such as 'Black
Swan, White Raven,' 'Ruby
Slipper, Golden Tear,' etc) for awhile, and have had great difficulty.
Even tried ordering them used/rare through Chapters and Amazon with
no luck. These things might be a little less accessible in Canada.
Does anyone have any advise on how I might come across copies? I
am more than willing to buy them second-hand.

Re: Fairytale Anthologies--T.Windling and E.Datlow--Availabi
That's odd. When I ordered them all a couple of years ago, I just
walked into my local bookstore and asked them to order them for
me, and they did, and a week or two later, they arrived. There is
one that's out of print, and that one I found through the
bookfinder website. Good luck!

Re: Fairytale Anthologies--T.Windling and E.Datlow--Availabi
Amazon.ca
(Canadian Amazon--and there's a wonderful image!) has the following
titles available to buy new: BLACK THORN, WHITE ROSE; A WOLF AT
THE DOOR; SWAN SISTER; RUBY SLIPPERS, GOLDEN TEARS; SILVER BIRCH,
BLOOD MOON; and BLACK HEART, IVORY BONES. Some are also advertised
used.
There are currently several volumes available on Abebooks.com (searched author: "datlow windling" and keywords: "fairy tales") and ebay (searched books: "datlow windling"). I've never had any problem buying books from overseas from booksellers on Abebooks.

If you searched at amazon for T.Windling (as in your subject line above), then you got only one hit. If you search for "Terri Windling" (the full name), you'll get what you're looking for.

used and rare
I've checked with amazon.ca,
and chapters.ca, and both, if you investigate further, only have
most of the titles as 'used.' I've ordered them from chapters, used,
and then had the orders canceled due to lack of availability. Amazon
has higher prices, which, as a student, I can't afford. However,
I am currently checking with abe books.
