Looking for a French fairy tale
I can't remember the name of a French fairy tale that I read a really long time ago. It's about two sisters from a noble family or they're princesses. Any way the first born girl is very gorgious but dumber then a blond. The secant isn't rather ugly but very smart and witty.

As a blonde who was just inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, I am very offended by your description. Would you say "dumber than a black person" or "dumber than a woman"?
I'm afraid I don't recognize your story. Perhaps someone else will. It would help if you could provide more details.

The only story that immediately comes to mind with those two character
types is Riquet
with the Tuft, but unless you can give something in the way
of plot, any help you're likely to get will be a shot in the dark.
