looking for fairy tales from France and Latin America
I am looking for litterary fairy tales written in the 20th century (especially after 1950, but not only) in France and Latin America. What authors would you recommend? Or is there an anthology where I could find information about it?
Thanks

Re: looking for fairy tales from France and Latin America
You can find information about 20th-century Latin American literary
fairy tales in two of the essays in Fairy
Tales and Feminism. There's information about 20th-century
French tales in the article "France" in The
Oxford Companion to Fairy Tales.

Latin-American fairy tales
I'm new to this site and couldn't figure out where to find the essays (regarding Latin-American fairy tales) you mentioned. Could you be more specific? Thanks

Re: Latin-American fairy tales
Don was was referring to books. The information Don provided isn't on the web, and I'm not aware of any as such. SurLaLune is one of the most comprehensive sites, but it's still doesn't cover every need. :)
Here's more information about the books below with links to them on Amazon. The first one, if not both of them, should be available in your nearest library. You can read and search for a limited number of pages in the The Oxford Companion to Fairy Tales on Amazon. It's a nice feature when you need just a little information or want to see what is available.
Zipes, Jack, ed. The Oxford Companion to Fairy Tales. Oxford: Oxford University, 2000.
