managing the archives
Is there any way to 'search' the archives other than clicking on every date in turn? I am looking for discussion topics on Grimms' tales, particularly the German culture that shaped them.
Thanks.

Re: managing the archives
Usually the search boxes on the front page of the archives and the front page of the site itself work, but it has been out of whack for at least a month now which I am trying to get resolved.
For now, go to Google's Advance Search and search for results only in the www.surlalunefairytales.com domain. Google has indexed the site pretty much in its entirety. Be prepared for lots of results. There are over 4,000 pages of archives from the last five years.
If you just want to use the main search page of Google, include the following phrase into your search terms:
site:www.surlalunefairytales.com
For example, "Rapunzel site:www.surlalunefairytales.com" will return all of the pages on the site with Rapunzel.
Recommended searches for your topic include:
German culture site:www.surlalunefairytales.com
Grimm culture site:www.surlalunefairytales.com
Another tip: To just search the archives, add the term "archives" to your search terms.
One thread of particular interest might be:
fairy tales and national character

Re: managing the archives
The search box on the SurLaLune home page and the front page of the archives is now functioning again.
