Arthur Rackham
As far as I've been able to tell, his artwork falls under public domain and can be used without permission on any website. Can anybody on this board tell me if I'm missing something somewhere, or is this, indeed, the correct?

Rackham rights
Yes, as long as you are using his artwork in a not for profit manner(ie. on a website, accompaning a scholoraly article, etc). There is an estate however that handles all the more commercial useages.
If you've got a more detailed guestion you could contact Ms. Dorothy Giggs (owlsnest@charter.net) the president of the Arthur Rackham Society and she could send you in the right direction.
Best,
Charles

Re: Rackham rights
If you're using a website then you also need to consider the copyright laws of each country. Usually the material is covered under the laws of where it was produced.
