Folklore and Fairtales with a Love theme
I am looking for Folklore and Fairtales with a Love theme form many different cultures. Can anyone help?

There are certainly a lot of fairy tales with love themes. Are you
interested in a certain kind of love theme? A good starting point
might be to check out the annotated tales on this site. Heidi has
included a "Similar Tales Across Cultures" link for each
tale. For example, here
is the link for tales similar to "Beauty and the Beast."

I think that exploring Andersen fairy tales would be a good idea. There's often love mixed to sacrifice, such as in The Snow Queen or in The Little Mermaid.
Maybe it's not what you are looking for, but even love between a human being and a supernatural one (generally with not very good consequences) is an interesting point of view. See for example the myth Eros and Psyche, the medieval legends about Melusina, and several folk-tales of enchanted brides, like the ones regarding the Selkies (half women, half seals) diffused in the Scottish islands.
