Looking for two stories
Does anyone know where can I find the complete story?
1.
The queen has two princess, the younger is pretty because of eating red roses, and the elder is ugly because of eating white roses. The elder is not only ugly but also weird. She usually rides on a goat with a walking stick.
Other country's king wants to marry the younger princess, but the elder princess asks the king to marry her first. And then I forgot what happened after that.
At last, the elder princess became more beautiful than her sister, and live happily with the prince ever after.
2.
There are three little boys riding on a big Holland wooden shoe to the milky way. When they arrived in the milky way, they found that there were fish, and stars in the milky way.

The second's pretty clearly "Wynken, Blynken & Nod"--2 points.
The first sounds like elements of "One-Eye, Two-Eye and Three-Eye", but not enough to match...

The first sounds a little like Ricky of the Tuft, though it doesn't have all the elements you listed. It does have the transformation at the end.
