The Frairy Tale Gold Tree and Silver Tree
Have read the fairy tale, of gold-tree and silver-tree.
Which starts as snow white but moves on and seems to have hidden Christian references, IE fish resurrection and three as one. Am i reading something that is not there or is there someone out there who may know better

two wives?
I read that long ago, but didn't notice anything particularly Christian. Didn't the man end up with two wives at the same time? And wasn't that the wife's idea?

He did? Sounds like something I'd like to read.

I've never read the tale, but it reminds me of "12 dancing princesses" the title does.
Is there any clear connections or is it just the trees?
