Nice article on Nalo & the genre in Quill & Quire :)
Hey!
Moderately off-topic, but I wanted to let those who might be interested
know: the November Quill & Quire www.quillandquire.com
features a cover + two-pager on our own Nalo Hopkinson and her thoughts
on scifi/fantasy and related genres. The magazine is an industry-directed
Canadian publication, so I'm not sure if you can pick it up in stores
(or even, outside Canada), but if your publishers/friendly local
neighbourhood bookshop/friends get it, it's worth taking a look
at.
It's definitlely refreshing to see a serious literary publication
take such deserved note of the genre, and one of it's best artists.
