Re: Sleeping Beauty -- lost link
Carrie,
All archived discussions are searchable through the front page of the SurLaLune site. Click on the SurLaLune logo at the top of any page on the discussion board to reach the SurLaLune main page. The search engine here on EZBoard only searches the threads currently on EZBoard which is what confuses most people.
The problem with the SurLaLune search engine is that it is now searching over 3,000, closer to 4,000 pages--that's how big SurLaLune is now. This requires some clever search terms for old discussions. For example, if you know you participated in the discussion include your name as a search term. It might help. You might also try adding "discussion" as a search term, too. Don't try "Sleeping Beauty" alone. It will be intimidating.
Even the most recent archives are searchable however. I noticed the September 2003 discussions came up in one of my searches.
The search engine isn't perfect, but I usually find what I am looking for after a few clever search strings.
Good luck!
Heidi
