Magical Elements - Help
I have to do this for a project, and I need help. We need to make a list of all the magical elements that appear in fairy tales and stories (e.g. a magic wand: Harry Potter, Sorceror's Apprentice, Cinderella). But I'm kind of drawing a blank. Can anyone help?

Propp's MORPHOLOGY OF THE FOLKTALE
Vladimir Propp's MORPHOLOGY OF THE FOLKTALE has lists of all sorts of things. :-) There are lots of pages about it on the web. The paperback is available, probably cheap secondhand.
You might also search for "Tale Type".
