Does anyone know Momo?
Hiya!
How are you all? I was wondering if anyone could help me with something? I'm looking for a faity tale about a girl called Momo... I think... or Mimi. My dramagroup might present this fairy tale as our next production but I can't find out anything about it! The director will probably tell us about it when he comes down in a months time, but I really want to know what it's about so I know what I'm dealing with. As far as I know, it's about a young girl called Momo who has to save the world. If anyone could help me or give me a clue as to what I'm looking for I would be eternally grateful. Thanks in advance. Momo
Momo is a novel by the late twentieth-century German fantasy and children's book writer Micheal Ende, who is best known outside of Germany as the author of The Neverending Story.
Momo has been translated into English both as Momo and as The Grey Gentlemen. Momo is an orphan who sets out to restore imagination and freedom to a world that has fallen victim to the Grey Gentlemen, who are thieves of time and who have created an oppressive world of rationality and technology.
