BLOODY CHAMBER
Hi!! I am studying Bloody Chamber for A2 and am really interested in it. The only thing is i have not really got to grips with the stories as much as i would like because of the lack of material given to me by my teacher. Therefore i was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction of some good websites, books??? I may be able to understand her stories better!! Thanks!

Re: BLOODY CHAMBER
For starters, you might want to take a look at the "Feminist Rewritings of Fairy Tales" topic currently up on the board.

Also ...
You might want to take a look at a copy of _Angela Carter and the Literary Marchen_ (ed. Danielle M. Roemer and Christina Bacchilega), a collection of essays on her work originally put out as an issue of Marvels & Tales: The Journal of Fairy Tale Studies, re-published by Wayne State University Press in 1998. Good luck!
