Help...
Hey all...
I've been reading Faerie Tale by Raymond E. Feist and there's a ton of full-blown fairy tales in it, as well as more references. There is one however, that's driving me crazy. I remember hearing the whole tale when I was very young, from my Irish mother, and Feist refers well to it, but I can't remember any more than what he talks about.
If you've read the book, it happens on page 350/351 and concerns a warrior sitting in front of a castle, and four elaborately dressed noble women...the woman in pure, unadorned black is the only one to get through to the man.
If anyone can fill in the blanks for me, it would be so greatly appreciated!

Re: Help...
I have read the book a very long time ago, alas I don't have any information about it for you.
Although something about a banshee, seems to tickle the memory...
Anyway, why not drop Feist an email asking him about it?
Good luck
