The Man in the Moon?
Okay, I'm not actually sure if that is the title, but I read this book quite a few years ago now. I've been trying to remember the name or the author with no sucess so far.
In it, the man in the moon comes down to earth, (I think he was called Daniel in the book, or took over the form of someone called Daniel) becasue he fell in love with an earth woman.
He keeps telling people he is the moon, and gets sent to a mental instuition. Before he gets sent there, I remember one very intense scene where he touches the woman at her place of work (an office of some sort I think). He just touches her hand and she has a very strong climax, wobbly knees, the works and wonders what on earth had happened.
Does this sound at all familiar to anyone? I would love to read it again if I only knew what it was!
Thanks,
Annette

The Man in the Moon
Could you be looking for The Moon's Wife:A Hystery, by A.A.Attanasia? It's been a while since I've read it.

Re: The Man in the Moon
A propos of very little, as I read this thread, I realised that the man in the moon nursery rhyme that I learned as a child can be sung to the tune of "Pop Goes the Weasel:"
The man in the moon came down too soon,
And asked his way to Norridge,
He went to the south, and burned his mouth
From eating cold pease porridge.

The Man In the MOon
I've always heard The Man in the Moon with its own tune, not that of Pop Goes the Weasel. Sadly, although I learnt musical notation it's been a while and I've no idea how to put it on here.
(so i guess this is a completely useless post)
