Tam Lin
anyone know of some good Tam Lin retellings in novel form. I really like this story and would love to read some more versions.

Hmm
The only ones I know of you've either heard of or read. Nonetheless...
Elizabeth Marie Pope's The Perilous Gard (my favorite); Diana Wynne Jones's Fire and Hemlock, tied for second favorite with Patricia McKillip's Winter Rose, Pamela Dean's Tam Lin (can't say I care for this one) and Dahlov Zorach Ipcar's The Queen of Spells (I don't particularly like this one, either).

Tam Lin
Midori Snyder's first novel, Soul-String, makes use of the Tam Lin theme without being an exact retelling of it.

A different take. . .
Terry Pratchett's "Lords and Ladies" uses the Tam Lin story, among many others. It's also the only rendition I've ever seen that uses humor.
