The Elven king rings?
The three Elven Rings were still in safe hands, though: Vilya in Rivendell, Elrond's house; Nenya in Lóthlorien the golden wood of Lady Galadriel, and Narya in the hands of the wizard Gandalf, who had received it from Círdan upon his landing in Middle-Earth
~ Vilya ~
Vilya, the ring of air, was one of the three Elven-rings unsullied by Sauron. It remained hidden from him first in the hands of its forger Celebrimbor, who gave it to Gil-Galad; and after the war in Eregion, Elrond received it. It was wrought of gold and adorned with a blue sapphire. Vilya was said to be the mightiest of the Three Rings, and we can assume Elrond made good use of it in the portection of Imladris against harm and the decay of time, and in his aid of Frodo at the ford of Bruinen. After the destruction of the One Ring, Elrond departed with the ring into the West.
~ Nenya ~
Nenya was one of the Three Rings, made by the Elves independently from Sauron. It was the ring of water, made from mithril, and with a shining diamond set on it. Its forger Celebrimbor entrusted the Lady Galadriel of Lórien with it, after he had seen that her previous mistrust against Annatar, who had turned out to be Sauron, was justified.
With the power of the ring, Lórien became a land like an enclave in the mortal world of Middle-Earth; time did not have a grave effect there. As Frodo put it, "the wearing is slow on Lórien. The power of the Lady is on it. Rich are the hours, though short they seem, in Caras Galadhon, where Galadriel wields the Elven-ring." (LOTR, II,9). But the ring also was said to emphasize the longing of the Lady for the West and for the sea (cf. UT, II, iv). After the destruction of the Ruling Ring, Galadriel took Nenya with her to the Realm of Bliss as she sailed into the West.
~ Narya ~
One of the Three Elven Rings of Power. It was given to Gandalf by Círdan when the wizard first arrived in Middle-earth.
Narya was had a red stone. It was sometimes called the Ring of Fire
