Spindle's End, anyone?
Has anyone read this book yet? I am ready to discuss it, but I do not want to cause the book to be spoiled for anyone. Shall we decide with a chorus of yeas or nays?

I just got it from Amazon, and haven't gotten a chance to start it yet (still finishing a book for review for Romantic Times). I'd be very interessted in discussing it!

Spindle's End, anyone?
I read it a few months ago - lucky me, I work in a book store and get to read them early! Anyway, I thought it was good, not her best, but then that's just my own personal taste. It was closer to "Rose Daughter" than to any of her other novels. I would love to finally be able to discuss it without people yelling at me for ruining it, though.

As I used to live with Robin some years ago, its awkward for me to publicly discuss the pros and cons of her work, other than to say quite honesty that I admire it. I'd be quite interested in reading what y'all had to say, however.

fairy tale symbolism
Do you have any idea where I could find a site on symbolism for Rapunzel? OR, do you have any thoughts to share about the reference to the little window in the tower and the little window mentioned at the beginning of the story? Any info you could give me would be appreciated. Thanks~Candy
